About the organizer

Red Barn Productions produces The Great Dickens Christmas Fair at the Cow Palace in San Francisco, an immersive holiday event that turns four acres of exhibition halls into Victorian London. The fair runs five weekends from late November through December 20, 2026, with theatres, pubs, dance parties, shops and hundreds of costumed characters. The fair itself dates to 1970 on the San Francisco waterfront and grew out of the Renaissance Faire tradition of its founders.
