About the organizer

The Lake Garnett Grand Prix Revival is a volunteer-organized vintage racing and car event held each October at the historic Lake Garnett track in Garnett, Kansas. It revives the Lake Garnett Grand Prix races that ran as part of the SCCA series from 1959 to 1972, and the revival began in 2013 as a tribute to the racers and cars of that era. The 2026 event is October 10-11, with vintage sports cars and high-performance automobiles on track, vintage attire encouraged, and registration open to drivers who want to run the same course.
