The Evergreen State Fairgrounds is a 194-acre park located in Monroe, WA. It features a variety of facilities for collector and hobby shows, including a 60,000 sq ft indoor arena with a 26,000 sq ft dirt floor and a log-constructed Longhouse building of approximately 2,400 sq ft equipped with a kitchen and 110V outlets. Originally starting in downtown Monroe in 1908, the fair moved to this location in 1945. The grounds offer both indoor and outdoor spaces and provide on-site food services.
