- Onsite covered parking garage with 772 spaces (capacity currently reduced due to ongoing expansion); the garage also serves the Denver Performing Arts Complex and is open 24/7 to all downtown visitors. Designated handicapped parking is available on all three levels of the garage (valid state-issued handicapped placard or license plate required; first-come, first-serve, payment at automated pay stations). One EV charger is available on level P1. A passenger drop-off area is located just off Stout Street near the intersection of Speer Boulevard. The center partners with SpotHero for advance parking reservations.

- The Colorado Convention Center provides accessible parking on all three levels of the garage (placard/plate required) and recommends using drop-off points for quicker access. Staff are trained in emergency preparedness and evacuation procedures. Wheelchair and scooter rentals are available through Aspen Medical Supply (reservations 720-749-3956).
